PLC based Auto Control Panel for Batch-type Centrifugal Machine, Driven by AC Motor (3-speed/4-speed)

The system is programmed to work in fully Auto/Manual mode, In auto mode depending on the choice of the operator. In manual mode All the functions are done by use related switch. The display shows whatever selected mode.

Auto mode:

In this mode, user press start switch the motor accelerate to charging speed ( 200 RPM) .The PLC check some delay to the speed has been reached (200 RPM) after this condition is satisfied the screen wash on for 5 seconds, After complete screen
wash time. The feed gate(PMG) are opened giving charge to the basket, the charging duration timer starts working .The PLC accepts whichever signal is received first from between timer or PMG stop switch, And close the feed gate(PMG). Washing of the chute take place according to the duration set and the chute goes dn. The motor stats accelerating to 2 nd speed (450 RPM) .During this speed period 1 st water is done, After that motor accelerate to 3 rd speed (900 RPM). During this speed 2 nd water wash and steam wash are done. After completion of steam wash motor is run towards spinning speed the curing duration timer is activated and the motor runs at the spinning speed for the time set by the operator. Now retardation process starts and Motor speed go down up to 200 RPM. After that The Break is starts and after some delay hud function is starts. After Completion of hud function new cycle start.

Manual mode:

In this mode, user can be use All function in manually by switches as fitted at the remote box like hud, Break, Water, steam , PMG, speed 200 rpm,450 rpm, 900 rpm, stop switch etc .
