INTRODUCTION:
This is a microcontroller-based universal current output transducer. It features a 4-20mA input and a configurable output range of 0 to 200.0 mA, with adjustable Span Low and Span High settings. It includes a 4-20mA output feedback signal linked to the 0-200mA output; this feedback—which is fully isolated—is generated by monitoring the main output. If the 0-200mA output circuit breaks or fails, the feedback output defaults to 4.0mA and an error relay activates. Additionally, potential-free optical digital outputs are available at terminals 15 and 16.
