Auto Cane Feed Control System (ACFC)

We would like to introduce our new cost effective PLC based product for Sugar Factory Automation. Very nice logic for PLC & Colored touch screen based ACFC.

The system is user friendly, very easy to operate even for layman. This is smart technology. The System has been designed to ensure steady feeding of cane at first mill by regulating carrier speeds.

The parameters monitored and indicated by the system are:

• 1st mill chute level on preparatory device drives,
• speed of cane carriers, and
• load on first mill drive.

The system has proportionate control on carrier speed with respect to Donnelly Chute Level and Motors load and override control on carrier speed with respect to load on preparatory devices, such that the load is always within safe limits to avoid tripping of the preparatory device on load.

There are many logic facilities and specially designed instruments in this system, by which it can be fine tuned to suite to the Site conditions.
