CANE BLANKET LEVEL MEASUREMENT

Introduction: This is a precision Laser sensor for cane blanket level measurement in cane carrier. It is a non-contactable device with a maximum sensing range of 0-2meter. This sensor is capable of sensing in the 6″ Dia meter range. We recommend that more than one sensor be used to get the best results. User can connect up to 1-6 sensors with the help of Analogue multiplexer(NPXR2000) and The output of multiplexer will connect with the input of Donnelly chute Level Transmitter according the input(4-20mA) It will show 0-100% Display & LED bar-graph show level .The output of Donnelly chute Level Transmitter (M11NX) output(4-20mA) can be connected with the PLc/DCS.
